The Youth Development phase links & builds on the growth of mini-soccer; the Foundation Phase of the England DNA. With more tactical emphasis, our coaching gears players up to working towards the 11v11 format.

FC Redwing currently have six teams for children aged between twelve & seventeen, all run by FA qualified coaches.

Our Youth teams compete in either the Brentwood Community Football Alliance League the Chelmsford Youth Football League, or the Southend & District Junior Sunday Football League.
